We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

14-Day Return Window You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To Be Eligible, Your Item Must Be:

• Unworn and unused, with original tags attached
• Free of makeup, perfume, and smoke odor
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return Contact us at theroyalpeacock@myyahoo.com within 14 days of delivery. Please do not send items back without first receiving approval — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Please note that the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Ship your item to: 1685 N Causeway Blvd Ste C, Mandeville, LA 70471

Damages & Incorrect Items Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized orders
• Personal care and beauty products

Exchanges We recommend returning your original item first. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit.
