30-Day Return Window Regular-priced items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit only. No cash or card refunds will be issued for in-store returns.
Store Credit Store credit will be issued at the original purchase price and never expires — use it anytime on anything in the boutique!
To Be Eligible, Your Item Must Be:
- Unworn and unused, with original tags attached
- Free of makeup, perfume, and smoke odor
- In its original packaging
No Receipt? No Problem. We can look up your purchase in our system using the information provided at the time of purchase — such as your name, phone number, or email address. Just bring your item in and we'll take care of the rest!
Final Sale Items Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales on discounted merchandise are final.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are also final sale and cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized orders
- Personal care and beauty products
