14-Day Return Window You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To Be Eligible, Your Item Must Be:

• Unworn and unused, with original tags attached
• Free of makeup, perfume, and smoke odor
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return: Please click here within 14 days of delivery. Please do not send items back without first receiving approval — unrequested returns will not be accepted. Shipping can be handled by the customer or we can provide a shipping label for you. The cost of the label will be deducted from your return.

Damages & Incorrect Items Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Exchanges We recommend returning your original item first. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit.
